We run three workstreams – Enterprise Impact, Churchplace Impact, and Workplace Impact Programmes.
The overarching goal of this programme is to nurture, equip and deploy service recipients to work for the LORD through enterprise implementation – social entrepreneurship, philanthropy, health, media and journalism, music and arts, corporate, real estate, politics and governance, etc. Service recipients are engaged through our Purpose Activation and Enterprise Ministry tracks.
The Churchplace Impact Programme is designed to nurture, equip and deploy service recipients to work for the LORD within the church institution. It has a goal to develop the workforce and service quality of the church as an institution. We achieve this through our Matthew938 Campaign and Ethos of Ministry initiatives, which are implemented in collaboration with the church.
The aim of this programme is to nurture, equip and deploy Christians to work for the LORD at the workplace. It focuses on serving God’s purpose, promoting Kingdom culture and values, fostering fellowship among Christians, and making new disciples at the workplace. It is anchored on the Subtle 360 modules.
It is organised to inspire and empower participants to pursue God’s purpose for their lives. It provides opportunity for networking with like-minded persons, and a platform where distinguished persons in society – whose lives are purpose-driven – are honoured. Ultimately, its key output is to raise more workers to join the church’s workforce.
Ethos of Ministry is a workshop for church workers. It is designed to equip church leaders and workers with tools and modules to enable them serve diligently and with excellence. It is organised in collaboration with the local church.
At this forum, participants are inspired and challenged to exert Kingdom influence at the workplace. It involves brainstorming to identify ways to navigate the potential barriers, and effective tools to achieve the desired impact.
This is online and on-site campaign organised to recruit more
workers for the church.
Service recipients are put in various
departments in their respective churches.
At TAGA, our service recipients get an opportunity to interact with seasoned resource persons on various topics. It also provides platform for networking and community development with like-minds.
