Vision 2050

1 million kingdom workers everywhere.

Word

The theology of work is as old as the first man. The LORD designed man, equipped and commissioned him to work. We are here on earth to work! This is the conviction upon which RHAN Africa was founded. Believers are called to channel our talents and gifts, passion and craft to work for the LORD. All of us are tools in His hands to executive good works which He has destined for us. The LORD has work to do in all the earth – across every sector, wherever there is life. The work at hand is plenty and requires many hands. This is why Vision 2050 is so crucial for us. Raising a troupe of 1 million Kingdom workers spread across the church, and various sectors – academia, corporate, judiciary, commerce, extraction, manufacturing, governance, artisanry, arts and culture, sports and fashion, social enterprise, media and journalism, etc. is the way to go. Achieving Vision 2050 requires collaborative effort. I invite you to join hands with us. Become a service recipient under any of our workstreams, join our team as a programme or resident volunteer, partner with us in the implementation of our various programmes, or join our growing community of funding partners. Love and blessings!

Our Vision

By the year 2050 we aspire to nurture, equip and deploy 1 million Kingdom workers across all sectors of society. The picture we envisage is one where 1 million saved persons spread across the church and all sectors of society – academia, engineering, health, media and journalism, commerce, politics, arts, etc. – are diligently exerting Kingdom influence within their space to address pertinent human needs and make disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We will engage 30 full-time staff and 100 volunteers across our operational jurisdiction. We will create an organisational culture that is cordial, productive and uplifting to our staff. We will deploy 100 volunteers to complement our full-time staff. Our aspiration is to build a robust team that will give us a cutting-edge in the delivery of our mission, and enable us to spread our operational jurisdiction to cover 40% of Africa by 2050, Lord willing.

Our Three Pillars of Impact

A structured approach to developing and deploying purpose-driven Kingdom workers.

Nurture

We offer our service recipients an opportunity and know-how to discover and develop their purpose, passion and ministry though a well-structured tiered framework. We work with seasoned coaches and mentors who guide our service recipients through one-on-one sessions.
We curate platforms such as Think-Alike Grow-Aloud (TAGA) that enable our service recipients to grow in a community of like-minds. Our continuous multi-faceted engagements enable them to develop the awareness, ethos, character and fortitude that allows them to thrive.

Equip

We provide the tools and resources that give our service recipients the bandwidth to flourish. We design and employ practical toolkits such as our Purpose Canvas, and training modules such as Subtle 360 to empower our service recipients to work for the LORD. Through our Kingdom Enterprise Impact Fund (KEIF), we mobilise and provide proof-of-concept catalytic funding that gives our service recipients a head-start. Throughout their journey with us, we incrementally provide the necessary support that enables them to achieve their goals and our collective impact.

Deploy

Our goal is absolute diffusion of Kingdom influence. We train our service recipients to exert Kingdom influence across all sectors of society.
We run bespoke programmes that harness diverse talents, gifts, and craft to enable our service recipients to be productive in the service of the LORD wherever they are planted. Vision 2050 is our expression of clearest intent and commitment to deploy Kingdom workers everywhere.
